By creating an account, accessing, or using SimpleData ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you must not use our services.
2. Privacy & Data
Your privacy and that of your visitors is our priority. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process information. SimpleData is designed to be GDPR compliant and does not sell your data to third parties.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
- Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for the Service at any time. Any price changes will not affect already paid billing periods.
- Refunds: SimpleData does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to:
- Use the service to track sensitive personal data or health information.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Service.
- Perform load testing or vulnerability scanning without our explicit permission.
5. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
