2. Do I need a cookie banner?
No. Since SimpleData doesn't use cookies or store data on your visitors' devices for tracking purposes, using our service does not legally require a cookie consent banner under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR for your visitors.
Note: If you use other tools or scripts that do install cookies, you will still need a banner for those specific tools.
